Since 1999, my career has been dedicated to the dynamic world of Texas Real Estate. I obtained my Texas Brokers License in 2005, marking a significant milestone in my journey to become a trusted authority in the field. However, my journey began much earlier in the 1980s when I worked as a consultant specializing in selling a publication tailored for realtors. This publication was instrumental in keeping real estate professionals informed about property listing and sales from HUD and VA auctions, as well as mini-bids. This early experience provided me with invaluable insights into the industry and ignited my passion for Real Estate.

My commitment to professional development led me to pursue further education at the University of Houston and Texas A&M Commerce, where I dedicated myself to refining my skills and deepening my understanding of real estate practices. Additionally, I enriched my knowledge base at the Texas School of Business, focusing on business strategies that complimented my real estate expertise.

Throughout my career, I have found particular fulfillment in specializing in Texas Ranch properties. This niche allows me to combine my love for the land with my professional expertise, guiding clients through the complexities of ranch transactions with confidence and precision.

As a certified negotiations expert (CNE), I have honed my ability to navigate even the most intricate deals seamlessly. This skill has been instrumental in ensuring successful outcomes for my clients, whether they are buying, selling, or investing in all types of real estate.
